Team versus team in a private VR arena, then pizza in the lounge. No speeches, no awkward icebreakers, and the person from accounting turns out to be lethal with a rocket launcher.
Book early
The arena and the lounge go to one group at a time, so each December date can only be sold once, and Thursday and Friday evenings go first. Once your headcount and date are settled, get it in the calendar.
No gaming experience needed. The two minute tutorial has never lost anyone, including the CEO.
Split the company into teams on Kernel: Sanctum or take on the titan boss together in Shmooter: Invasion. The debrief in the lounge writes itself.
Headsets, tutorial, game switching, photos, pizza and drinks. You send the calendar invite.
